Standard black screen print setup charge: FREE. 1 Color screen print setup charge: $18. 2 Color screen print is available for an additional $0.10 each. 2 Color screen print setup charge: $21. Full color imprint is available for an additional $0.30 each. Full color setup charge: $63. Bulk envelopes are available for an additional $0.14 each; calendars ship inserted in envelope for an additional $0.22 each. Every effort is made to produce the exact quantity requested, however; due to imprinting processes you may receive and be billed for 4% more or less than the quantity ordered.
