Standard gold or silver screen print setup charge: FREE. 2 Color screen print is available for an additional $0.12 each. 2 Color setup charge: $15. Bulk envelopes are available for an additional $0.16 each; calendars ship inserted in envelopes for an additional $0.30 each. Every effort is made to produce the exact quantity requested, however; due to imprinting processes you may receive and be billed for 4% more or less than the quantity ordered.
