Standard black screen print setup charge: FREE. 1 Color setup charge: $18. 2 Color screen print is available for an additional $0.06 each. 2 Color Screen print setup charge: $24. Bulk envelopes are available for an additional $0.15 each, calendars ship inserted for $0.25 each. Every effort is made to produce the exact quantity requested, however; due to imprinting processes you may receive and be billed for 4% more or less than the quantity ordered.
