About Budget Pens

Comparing Budget Pens to Other Advertising

Promotional budget pens have been spreading the messages and names of organizations of all sizes for years. So what makes budget custom pens a go-to brand booster? According to the Promotional Products Association International, people use branded pens up to 10 times a day. That makes the return on investment incredible for these promotional items under $1.

Starting at less than a half a dollar apiece, budget pens can average a mere 1/10 of a cent per impression.  How does that compare with traditional advertisement? According to the Advertising Specialty Institute, a prime time television ad costs 2.4 cents per impression and magazine ads cost 1.8 cents per impression. Even one of the most cost-effective forms of advertising, the internet, can cost half of a cent per impression, which is still five times more expensive than value pens.

These days, value-priced pens come in more varieties, too.  If a standard, black ink, ballpoint pen isn’t what you’re looking for, there are hundreds of other affordable options. You’re sure to find a pen that will fit your brand.
