Executive Leadership Team

Marc S. Simon
Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Simon was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a director of HALO in 2001. Prior to joining HALO, Mr. Simon spent 22 years in private law practice and five years as a leading executive in the call center industry. Mr. Simon was recently honored as "Person of the Year" by Counselor, a leading industry trade publication. Mr. Simon is a CPA and holds a JD and a BS in accounting from the University of Illinois.


Heather Bridges
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Bridges joined HALO in 2019 and leads the finance functions. Prior to HALO, Ms. Bridges spent over 20 years at industry-leading consumer products companies such as P&G and SC Johnson. Most recently, she led finance and served on the executive committee for SC Johnson, North America. Ms. Bridges holds a MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Accounting from Xavier University.


Jack Mewhirter 
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Mewhirter was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2019, marking his return to HALO after serving as an executive consultant to HALO for four years and overseeing the construction of HALO’s new state-of-the-art headquarters and its current expansion. Mr. Mewhirter’s career at HALO began in 1972, where he has worked in nearly every department over his 40-plus year career; prior to the COO role he was HALO’s President. His experience and expertise involve mergers, acquisitions, and operational efficiency.


Sean Radford
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer
Mr. Radford joined HALO in 2019 and leads the human resources functions. Prior to HALO he served in various human resources roles at CNA Insurance, a multibillion-dollar global leader in the insurance industry. His roles at CNA included senior vice president of organizational effectiveness and transformation, senior vice president and HR business partner, and director of talent management and leadership development. Prior to entering the HR function at CNA he served in business leadership roles at two other Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Radford holds a BA in Law and Society from the                                University of California, Santa Barbara and a MS in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University.


Jim Stutz
Executive Vice President – Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Stutz joined HALO in 2008 and is responsible for all commercial aspects of HALO including sales, business development, marketing and ecommerce. Prior to HALO, Mr. Stutz spent 18 years at Cintas Corporation managing the Promotional Products Business unit. Mr. Stutz has appeared on Counselor magazine's Power 50 list and was named one of the promotional products industry’s 2013 Best Bosses by PPB magazine. Mr. Stutz served on the boards of Cincinnati's St. Vincent DePaul Society and the Warren County United Way. Mr. Stutz graduated from the University of Cincinnati.

Bill Barrett
Senior Vice President – Materials Handling

Mr. Barrett joined HALO in 2017 with the acquisition of Michael C. Fina Recognition. Mr. Barrett has over 25 years of experience in senior operational leadership roles and is responsible for warehousing, fulfillment, production, inventory management and facilities at HALO business units. Mr. Barrett holds a BS in Business Administration from California University of Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey Fina
Chief Customer Officer – HALO Recognition

Mr. Fina joined HALO in 2017 with the acquisition and rebranding of Michael C. Fina Recognition as HALO Recognition. Mr. Fina has over 20 years' experience in recognition, reward and incentive solutions. Mr. Fina holds a BA in Management from the University of Florida.


Michael A. Fina
Senior Vice President – HALO Recognition Operations and Technology

Mr. Fina joined HALO in 2017 with the acquisition and rebranding of Michael C. Fina Recognition as HALO Recognition. Mr. Fina has over 24 years’ experience in recognition services, brand advocacy and promotional products. Mr. Fina holds a BBA in Management from Hofstra University.


Rick Goddard
Chief Information Officer

Mr. Goddard joined HALO in 2019 with over 25 years’ experience in key technology leadership roles in a variety of high-growth companies. Mr. Goddard has driven digital initiatives from multi-channel digital marketing, e-commerce, leveraging data enabling business outcomes. Additionally, Mr. Goddard has extensive experience implementing ERP business systems to improve operations and scale. Mr. Goddard holds a MS in computer science from DePaul University, an MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology and a BA from Lake Forest College.

Nicholas P. Jakubowski
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Mr. Jakubowski joined HALO in 2018 with over 12 years’ experience representing public and private companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining HALO, Mr. Jakubowski served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at LKQ Corporation and a corporate associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Mr. Jakubowski holds a JD from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

Dale Limes
Senior Vice President – Sales

Mr. Limes has been Senior Vice President of Sales for HALO since 2004. Mr. Limes is a 24-year veteran of the promotional products industry with extensive sales and management experience and previously was the Vice President of Sales at JII Promotions. Mr. Limes is also the Chairman of the PPAI Leadership Advisory Committee. Mr. Limes holds a BBA from Ohio State University.

Dan McEntee
Senior Vice President – Global Sourcing

Mr. McEntee joined HALO in 2018 and has over 30 years of promotional products experience. Mr. McEntee is responsible for complex sourcing and distribution solutions for HALO’s key clients. Prior to joining HALO, Mr. McEntee held executive leadership roles on the promotional product distributor and supplier side. Mr. McEntee holds an MBA from Baker University and a BA in Finance from Kansas State University.

Terry McGuire
Senior Vice President – Supplier Relations

Mr. McGuire joined HALO in 1999 as Vice President, Marketing and Sales Support. Mr. McGuire has over 30 years of promotional products experience. Prior to joining HALO, Mr. McGuire held executive business development and marketing positions with industry manufacturers. Mr. McGuire holds a BA in Communications from Central College.

Mitch Mounger
President – Sunrise Identity

Mr. Mounger joined HALO in 2018 with the acquisition of Sunrise Identity. Mounger started Sunrise in the early 90’s with a vision to be a full service promotional merchandise company servicing Fortune 100 companies.  Investing heavily in technology and compliance, Sunrise became one of the largest companies in the industry and has consistently been awarded as one of the best place to work. Mounger has over 25 years’ experience in branded merchandise solutions, sourcing and product development. Mr. Mounger was recently honored as the "Distributor Entrepreneur of the Year" by Counselor, a leading industry trade publication. Mr. Mounger holds a BS in Business and International Business from the University of Washington.                                                                                                                

Dawn Olds
Senior Vice President – Operations

Ms. Olds has held senior executive positions throughout her 28-year HALO career, becoming Senior VP of Operations in 2010. Ms Olds is responsible for billing, order processing, customer service, distribution, sales onboarding, program operations, and general operations. Ms. Olds has been involved in several industry organizations focused on technology and operational improvement. Ms. Olds is a frequent volunteer for local business education initiatives in Sterling, Illinois and holds a BA in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.

Jeffrey Wurtzel
Senior Vice President – Marketing 

Mr. Wurtzel joined HALO in 2019 with 13 years of experience as a strategic marketing leader. Prior to joining HALO, Mr. Wurtzel was a marketing director at Mars Wrigley, where he oversaw the brand development and management for a portfolio of consumer products. Mr. Wurtzel holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA from Boston University. 

Mark Ziskind
President – CSE

Mr. Ziskind joined HALO in 2018 when CSE was purchased by HALO. He is responsible for leading the strategy, sales, marketing, and operations for the CSE and CMG business units. Mr. Ziskind brings 21 years of industry experience, and previously held various senior management positions at Miller Brewing Company. Mr. Ziskind’s experience ranges from general management to national advertising and branding initiatives to new product development. Mr. Ziskind holds a BA in Economics from Union College.
