Repeat setup: FREE. 2 Color imprint on one side only is available for an additional $.35 per item. 2 Color setup: $110. Optional colored flip top is available for an additional $.10 per item. Every effort is made to produce the exact quantity requested. Due to imprinting processes, however, you may receive and be billed for 5% more or less than the quantity ordered.
